Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MakeSocialWaves.com and any services provided by Social Waves Boutique ("we," "us"). By using this site or engaging us, you agree to them.

Services and scope

We provide cinematic lifestyle films, content, and AI-assisted marketing services. The specific deliverables, timeline, revisions, and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal, quote, or invoice, which together with these terms forms the agreement between us. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Payment

Unless stated otherwise in your proposal, a deposit is due before production begins and the balance is due on delivery. Late payment may pause work. Deposits cover reserved production time and are non-refundable once scheduling or production has begun.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely access to locations, products, people, and brand materials, and for confirming that you hold the rights and permissions needed for anything you ask us to feature. Scheduled shoot days cancelled on short notice may be rescheduled or billed.

Ownership and usage rights

On full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered final files for your marketing as described in your proposal. We retain ownership of raw footage, project files, and our underlying methods, and may display completed work in our portfolio and social channels unless you ask us in writing not to.

Results, liability, and termination

We work hard on your behalf but cannot guarantee specific marketing, ranking, or sales results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Either party may end an engagement in writing; you remain responsible for work completed up to that point.
