How the 25 Are Counted
The Founding 25 represents the first 25 paid memberships, not 25 individual users. A dealership membership counts as one Founding 25 membership, even though it includes up to five team-member seats.
Example: 22 individual memberships + 3 dealership memberships = Founding 25 complete.
Once all 25 founding memberships have been claimed, new memberships move to the next pricing tier.
Dealership Membership
AI becomes more useful when leadership, sales, service, marketing and customer experience can learn and experiment together. A dealership membership allows up to five members of the same organization to participate in the Lab, attend live sessions, access the Vault and bring different operational perspectives into the community.
Use the seats that fit your team — there's no requirement to fill all five.
